This exciting, high-energy program designed for hockey and ringette skaters looking to boost their skills! Focused on balance, power, agility, speed, and endurance, this program uses progressive drills that highlight how these skills apply in real game situations. It's a fantastic alternative to figure skating and a great way to enhance performance on the ice. 

Our unique skill award program keeps skaters motivated and striving for achievement! This programs is for skaters ages 6 and up who already have solid forward and backward skating skills, can glide the length of the rink using alternative strides, and can stop on command without using the boards. Participants should wear full hockey or ringette gear, including a CSA-approved helmet.
