Whether you're skater is a beginner or aiming for advanced levels, we offer a range of programs taught by our national-lead coaching team to suit all needs. Below is a summary of all our programs. Pre-CanSkate & CanSkate

Following Skate Canada's learn-to-skate guidelines, these programs are perfect for beginner to intermediate skaters aged 3 - 15 years old. With small group classes and a fun, circuit-based approach, we focus on teaching the fundamentals of skating in a supportive environment. Whether your skater is just starting or looking to refresh their skills, this is a great place to begin.

 

CanPower

Our high-energy CanPower program is designed for hockey and ringette players, or skaters who have been recommended to join. It emphasizes improving skating techniques such as balance, power, agility, and speed, all through conditioning drills that translate to real game scenarios. Suitable for a variety of ages and skill levels, this program offers small classes to help skaters reach their full potential. 

 

Junior Academy 

For skaters looking to explore Figure Skating, Junior Academy is the perfect introduction. Ideal for those with basic skating skills or some figure skating experience, this group based class teaches entry-level jumps and spins. Skaters who have been recommended to the program will also feel right at home here.

 

Figure Skating

Our Figure Skating program offers skaters the chance to advance their skills and work towards personal goals. We offer two options:

• Recreational Classes: Focus on the fun and fitness of lifelong skating in a group setting.
• STARSkate: For those looking to develop training-level skills with individual lesson time, this program allows skaters to take assessments and grow in a more focused environment.
